Picking up with Brown out Gillis had 11 points (4-7 FG, 3-6 3Pt) and six rebounds across 23 minutes during Saturday's 63-56 win over Wake Forest. Impact Both scoring and minutes are down for Gillis in his fifth collegiate season (first with Duke), but he remains one of the primary reserves for the Blue Devils and has been picking up his play of late. He's recorded double-digit scoring in two of three games for the first time this season, while also pulling down six rebounds in back-to-back contests. The uptick can be directly attributed to the absence of Maliq Brown (knee), who has missed the last three games but recently returned to practice in a non-contact capacity.
