Duncan Powell - Exploring NBA Draft Powell has entered his name into the 2025 NBA Draft process, Alex Farrer of Rivals.com reports.

Impact Powell will explore opportunities at the professional level while keeping the door open for a return to college. The 6-foot-8 junior, who has previously appeared with North Carolina A&T, Sacramento and Georgia Tech, has chosen Providence if he opts to return to school for the 2025-26 season.

Duncan Powell - Picks Friars Powell will transfer to Providence, per Joe Tipton of On3.com.

Impact Powell initially committed to Georgetown in early April, but recently re-opened his recruitment and has since quickly flipped to Providence. The forward was productive in 2024-2025 with Georgia Tech, averaging 12.2 points and 5.4 rebounds while shooting 36 percent from distance at 6-foot-8. He's a big pickup for Providence and should have a great shot to start immediately.

Jaylin Sellers - Moving to Providence Sellers has committed to Providence for the 2025-26 season, Dushawn London of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Sellers was limited to just three appearances all season long in 2024-25, and he last played on Jan. 5 due to a nagging back problem. He's looking for a fresh start, and that's what he should get with the Friars.

Jason Edwards - Lands at Providence Edwards will transfer to Providence, per Joe Tipton of On3.com.

Impact Edwards also elected to enter his name into the NBA Draft, but he'll ultimately transfer to the Friars for his senior season after a prolific year at Vanderbilt that saw him average 17.0 points per-game after posting 19.2 points per-game with North Texas the year prior. Edwards should instantly become a top scoring threat for Providence.

Daquan Davis - Commits to Providence Davis has committed to Providence, Nick Kosko of On3.com.

Impact Before beginning his collegiate career with Florida State, Davis changed his mind from a previous commitment to Providence. Davis began his 2024-25 season and collegiate career as a reserve before making his way up to Florida State's starting point guard. The PG's role eventually dropped, but he remained a vital part of FSU's rotation that it would make sense for other teams to take a chance on him. Florida State let go of Leonard Hamilton, who recruited Davis, and Providence's team is in need of a point guard to replace Bensley Joseph. Enter Davis, whose first season includes averages of 8.8 points, 2.5 assists and 2.3 rebounds.

Cole Hargrove - Commits to Providence Hargrove committed to Providence on Wednesday, according to The Portal Report.

Impact Hargrove will change teams from Drexel. As a junior enrolled there, he served as Providence's primary center. Hargrove logged 9.9 points and 7.5 rebounds per game while shooting 58.6 percent from the field and 67.6 percent from the free-throw line. Currently, Hargrove's primary center competition is Oswin Erhunmwunse.
